Social Style Versatility Report and Improvement Guide

This new program reinforces the key concepts of SOCIAL STYLE and Versatility. TRACOM developed this unique report as a direct response to client requests for a way to reinforce SOCIAL STYLE concepts. The report offers a simple way to increase interpersonal effectiveness for those who have participated in a multi-rater SOCIAL STYLE training course within the last three years. This includes participants trained with TRACOM, Wilson Learning, or other Social-Style based programs. The process uses a new multi-rater Versatility instrument and helps participants to renew their understanding of Style and Versatility principles and further improve their own Versatility.

A participant completes the online Versatility questionnaire and identifies up to ten other individuals (raters), with a minimum of three, to assess their Versatility using the same questionnaire. Once the raters and participant have completed the questionnaire, a custom 40-page Versatility Report is generated and sent electronically to the participant. This report includes:

  • Review of SOCIAL STYLE and Versatility concepts.
  • Personalized Versatility results addressing the specific components of social endorsement.
  • Recommended action items to improve Versatility based on Style and Versatility ratings.
  • "Doing Something for Others," a section that recommends ways to interact with people of each Style.

How it works
The short online survey takes only five to 10 minutes to complete. A custom Versatility Report is generated and sent to the participant.

Deliverable and Content

Coaching Sessions
The Versatility Report is a highly personalized report of an individual’s behavior as seen by colleagues and compared with their own self-perceptions.  It provides detailed recommendations to improve their relationships and interactions.  Individual coaching sessions can include a personal discussion about the Report and how it relates to the person's work experiences, responsibilities, and the organization’s culture.  The coach would help the person identify the opportunities for greatest impact and make a "development plan" based on the feedback.   An initial session would likely be one to two hours with monthly follow-up.
Half-Day Feedback Workshop

A Feedback Workshop combines the content from the Versatility Report with a review of Social Style to create an interactive opportunity to quickly build participants’ Versatility and interpersonal skills.  While the Versatility Report is designed for individual review and study, the Feedback Workshop is an opportunity for group discussion.  A sample course outline follows:
